What Pintell provides
Pintell organizes public-market intelligence for Amazon US and provides decision support. Reports are advisory, not a sales guarantee, investment promise, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Observations, derivations, scenarios, and judgments have different evidence limits and should be validated against your own supply chain and account data.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You may not use Pintell unlawfully, bypass quotas or access controls, resell reports at scale, interfere with the service, obtain non-public data, or violate third-party rights.
Subscriptions, credits, and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the interval, currency, and price shown at checkout until canceled. Report credits are issued under the current plan rules. You may cancel before the next charge and normally retain access through the end of the paid billing period.
Payments
The Paddle entity identified at checkout, on your receipt, or on your statement acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment collection, applicable taxes, billing, and payment credentials. Pintell will not ask you to submit full card details through an unofficial link.
Data and service availability
Public data sources, Amazon pages, and third-party providers may be delayed, restricted, or unavailable. If the available intelligence cannot support a reliable report, Pintell may stop generation and return the related credit. Limited-coverage reports will disclose their boundaries.
Intellectual property
Pintell software, branding, interface, methods, and original content belong to their respective owners. You may use purchased reports for your own business decisions, but may not republish, train a competing system, or commercially resell them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pintell is not responsible for indirect losses or lost expected profits arising from sourcing, advertising, inventory, or other decisions made from a report. Aggregate liability for a proven claim will not exceed fees you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, attacks on the service, or a material breach. You may stop using Pintell and cancel through the account options provided.
Mandatory law and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Please contact support first so we can review the relevant order and service records.
