Information we collect
To provide Pintell, we may collect account details, authentication and security logs, ASINs, keywords, images and report parameters you submit, product usage, device and network diagnostics, and feedback you choose to send. Complete card or wallet credentials are processed by payment providers such as Paddle and are not stored by Pintell.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, generate and store reports, apply plan entitlements, secure the service, troubleshoot, answer support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information or expose private searches to other users without separate permission.
Service providers and international processing
We share only what is necessary with hosting, email, public commerce data, AI analysis, error monitoring, and payment providers. The Paddle entity identified at checkout may act as Merchant of Record, so payment data may be processed outside your country or region.
Retention and security
Account, order, fraud prevention, and audit records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege practices, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Records that must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may not be deleted immediately.
Children
Pintell is intended for users able to enter a commercial service agreement and is not directed to children.
